Edit Plan Details and Hide/Show Plans

This article explains the steps for editing and hiding the plan details.

Editing the Plan details

Step 1: Go to the app whose plan you wish to edit.

Step 2: Click and select Edit Plan Details to modify the details of the license plan.

Step 3: Make the necessary changes to the license plan details and click Save License Details.

Note: Some fields are not editable becuase there are retrieved from the applications.

Hiding the Plan

Step 1: Go to the app whose plan you wish to hide.

Step 2: Click and select Hide Plan to hide the plan.

Step 3: Click Hide Plan on the confirmation message. 

The plan will now be hidden.

Show Hidden Plans/Licenses

Step 1: Click and select Show Hidden Licenses to view the hidden licenses.

The license you previously hid is now visible, as shown in the following image. You can also view other hidden plans details with the "Hidden" tags under the Plan Name.

Step 2: To convert a Hidden Plan to a Regular Plan, click and select Show Plan of the particular app.

By default, these plans are hidden in Josys.
