Modify License

This article provides a comprehensive guide on how to modify the license assigned to the user.

Step 1: Navigate to the Licenses under the Apps menu.

Step 2: Click the count displayed under the Assigned Licenses to access the details of the user assigned to the app.

Step 3: Click and select Modify License to modify the license details of the user.

On this screen, you can modify the User License, Feature License, and Permission Set License.

a) To modify the User License details:

Step 1: Click Edit Details to modify the user license.

Step 2: Select the License option from the License Assigned menu, then select the Profile option.

Step 3: Click Update Details.

Step 3: Click Assign License to update the license details for the selected user.

b) To modify the Feature License details:

Step 1: Click Add Feature License.

Step 2: Select the License option from the Feature License.

Step 3: Click to save the license details or click to remove the license.

c) To modify the Permission Set License details:

Step 1: Click Add Permission License.

Step 2: Select the License option from the Permission Set License.

Step 3: Click to save the license details and then click Done.

Remove License

To remove the license, click Remove License next to the license that you wish to delete.
