15Five Integration

Integrating 15Five with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.


Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with 15Five, you can:

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, groups, and timestamp of the account creation and updation.
  • Perform actions: Add and Deactivate user accounts and send an email to another user.

Note: Josys supports multiple 15Five integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A 15Five admin account
  • An API Key
  • An Engage, Perform, Total Platform, or Transform plan.



Locating the API Key


Step 1: Log in to 15Five using an admin account. Navigate to the Settings and select Integrations.


Step 2: Click Manage next to Public API.



Step 3: Click Create new key to create an API key.



 


Step 4: Give a name to your API key for identification and click Save. Click Reissue to generate a new API Key.




Step 5: Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps. 




Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select 15Five from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. 


Step 3: Enter the API Key copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.




Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
