Domo Integration

Integrating Domo with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Domo, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, alternate email, title, and timestamp of account creation and updation. 


Note: Josys supports multiple Domo integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Domo developer account
  • The Client ID and Client Secret


Locating the Client ID and Client Secret 


Step 1: Log in to Domo using a developer account and click Create a client.



Step 2: Provide a name for the client, select User in Application Scope, and click Create.



Step 3: Copy the Client ID and Secret to use later in the integration steps.




Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Domo from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field. Enter the previously copied values in the respective Client ID and Client Secret fields. Click Next to proceed.


Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
