Converting to new User Profiles

To convert the Shadow User profile to a new user profile, perform the following steps.

Step 1: After logging in to the Josys platform, and select Managed Apps from the Apps section. 

Step 2: Select the app and then click on the associated Shadow user. Click Convert to New User Profile.

 Step 3: Provide the details for all mandatory fields such as User ID, Status, First Name, Last Name, and Email ID. Click Save to complete the procedure.
