Mapping to Existing User Profile

To map the Shadow Users with the existing user profile, perform the following steps.

Step 1: Log in to the Josys App, and select Managed Apps from the Apps section.

Step 2: Select the app and click on the associated Shadow User. Click Map to User Profile.

Step 3: Select the user to map the profile, and click Next to proceed.

Step 4: Click Transfer, to complete the mapping process.
