Integrating Codecov with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Codecov, you can view the list of user accounts, including their status and roles.
Note: Josys supports multiple Codecov integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Codecov Admin Account
- Open Source, Developer, Pro, or Enterprise plan
- An API Key, Organization Name, and Service Provider
Locating the Organization Name
Log in to Codecov using an admin account. Copy the Organization Name to use it later in the integration steps.
Locating the API Key
Step 1: Select Settings from the User Profile menu and click Access. Click Generate Token to create an API Token.
Step 2: Enter the token name and click Generate Token.
Step 3: Copy the API token to use it later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Codecov from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key and Organization Name copied in the previous sections. Select your Service Provider and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
