Integrating LaunchDarkly with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.

Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with LaunchDarkly, you can view a list of user accounts, including their details such as status, roles, multi-factor authentication status, timestamp of last login, and account creation.

Note: Josys supports multiple LaunchDarkly integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

• A LaunchDarkly admin account
• An API Key
• A Pro plan or an Enterprise plan

Get the Client ID and Client Secret

Step 1: Log in to LaunchDarkly using an admin account. Open Account Settings from the left menu.

Step 2: On the Account Settings page, click the Authorization tab.

Step 3: In the Access tokens section, click Create token.

Step 4: Enter an appropriate Name for identifying the API token. Click the Save token button to proceed.

Step 5: Copy the API Token. You will use it in the further integration steps.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select LaunchDarkly from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous step. Click Next to proceed. 

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
