Integrating KnowledgeOwl with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.


 

Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with KnowledgeOwl, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their status, roles, team, login type, and timestamp for the last login, account creation, and updation. 


Note: Josys supports multiple KnowledgeOwl integrations.



Prerequisites  


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A KnowledgeOwl admin account
  • Flex, Business, or Enterprise plan.
  • An API Key for integration



Locating the API Key 


Step 1. Log in to KnowledgeOwl using an admin account. Go to the Your Account menu and select the API option. 



Step 2. Click Add New API Key. 




Step 3. Provide an API key name for identification. Select GET in action and click Add.



Step 4. Copy the API key for later use in the integration steps. 

 



Steps to Integrate 

 

Step 1: Select KnowledgeOwl from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


 


 

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.



 

Step 3After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
