Integrating Rollbar with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

• A Rollbar admin account.
• The API Key.
• A free plan, an essentials plan, an advanced plan, or an enterprise plan.

Get the API Key

Step 1: Log in to Rollbar using an admin account. From the Settings options, click Account Access Tokens.

Step 2: Copy the Token, as you will use them in the further integration steps.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Rollbar from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous steps. Click Next to proceed. 

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
