BugSnag Integration

Integrating BugSnag with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 

Key benefits

When you integrate Josys with BugSnag, you can view a list of user accounts, including their details such as their status, roles, two-factor authentication enabled status, timestamp of account creation, and user's last activity, project, and team details.

Note: Josys supports multiple BugSnag integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

• BugSnag admin account.
  
• Lite, Standard, or Enterprise plan.
• Organization Name and API Token for integration. 

Locating the API Token and Organization Name 

Step 1: Log in to BugSnag using an admin account.

Step 2: Click Settings located at the top and select Personal auth tokens.

 Step 3: Click Generate New Token to create an API Key. 

Step 4: Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps and click Done. 

Step 5: After the API Key is created, copy the Organization Name for later use in the integration steps.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select BugSnag from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Organization Name and API Token copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
