Integrating Make with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Make, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and last login timestamp.
Note: Josys supports multiple Make integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Make admin account
- The Region, API Key, and Organization ID
- A Core, Pro, Teams, or Enterprise plan
Locating the Region
Step 1: Log into Make using an admin account.
Step 2: Select Profile from the User Profile and copy the Region to use later in the integration steps.
Locating the API Key
Step 1: Log in to Make using an admin account. Select Profile from User Profile. Click the Add token in the API tab.
Step 2: Enter a suitable name for the Token, select user:read as the Scope, and click Save.
Step 3: Copy the API Token for later use in the integration steps.
Locating the Organization ID
Log in to the Make admin account and select Organization from the navigation menu. This will display the Organization ID in the URL. Copy the Organization ID for later use in the integration steps.
For example, in the URL https://us1.make.com/organization/yourorganizationid/dashboard, yourorganizationid is the organization id.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Make from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Select the Region and enter the API Key and Organization ID copied in the earlier sections.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
