Integrating Appfigures with Josys enables the IT Admin to view accounts.

When you integrate Josys with Appfigures, you can:

• View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, and last login timestamp.
  
  

Note: Josys supports multiple Appfigures integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that:

• You have an Appfigures admin account.

• You have the Monitor plan, the Optimize plan, the Grow, or the Explore plan.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Appfigures from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Click Next to proceed. 

Step 3: Log in to Appfigures using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration process.

Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
