Slack Integration

Integrate Slack with Josys to:

Fetch User Accounts, including their status, roles, and two-factor authentication status.
View and Modify User License
Monitor Privileged Access and
Track Application Usage

Note: Josys supports multiple Slack integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

A Slack Admin Account.
Slack Pro Account or Business Account.
If installing apps is restricted in your workspace, please allow the account to install apps in the Manage Apps setting.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Slack from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification, and select your Slack plan. Click Next to proceed.

Step 3: Log in to Slack using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.

Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
