Webroot Integration

Prerequisites

You need to be an admin to integrate your Atlassian account with Josys.

Generate API Token

1. Log into Webroot as an Admin and go to Settings >> Account Information. Copy Parent Keycode and store it
2. Go to Unity API Access Tab and click on Create New Client Credential
3. Enter Name and Description and click Next
4. Select No and click Next
5. Generate Client ID and Client Secret. Save the values and click I Have Made Note of the Client Secret

Integration with Josys

Input the following fields in the Webroot integration page,

1. Client ID: Client ID that you stored
2. Client Secret: Client Secret key that you stored
3. Admin Username: Your Username
4. Admin Password: Your Password
5. Keycode: Parent keycode you stored
6. Click Next to complete the integration
