Adding Devices Manually

Josys lets you add your devices manually. For large numbers, we recommend using Import Devices via CSV.


Sign in to the Josys portal with your Josys credentials to add devices.


Follow the steps below to add devices:

  1. Go to Devices tab on the left menu  
  2. Click on Add button and select Add Device details
  3. Fill out the fields shown on the pop-up box
  4. Click Save


You can now go to the Users Profiles menu and effortlessly manage the assignment or unassignment of devices to users with just a single click of a button.



Josys allows you to maintain a detailed history of your device assignments, including data of all previous user profiles. You can easily Import DeviceAssignment History via CSV.
