We have updated our Managed App feature, wherein the IT Admin can add multiple App Owners and Departments. This allows better management and visibility of apps.
Here's how you can add multiple owners and departments to an app.
Add multiple App Owners to an App
Step 1: Navigate to Managed Apps in Apps and open an app for which you want to add the app owner.
Step 2: Click Add under the Owner(s) field.
Step 3: Select one or multiple user profiles to assign them as owners to the apps and click Update Owner.
Step 4: All added owners are displayed under the Owner(s) field. You can view the full list by hovering over the owner's name.
You can remove or add new owners by clicking the icon beside the owner's name and selecting the appropriate user profiles.
Add multiple Departments to an App
Step 1: Click Add under the Department(s) field in the opened app.
Step 2: Select one or multiple departments from the dropdown list and click Update.
Step 3: All added departments are displayed under the Department(s) field. You can view the full list by hovering over the department's name.
You can remove or add new departments by clicking the icon beside the department's name and selecting the appropriate departments.
