Manage App Approvals

When an employee app request requires approval, it is forwarded to the designated approver set up in the workflow by the Josys admin for review.The approver can track the status of these requests and take the necessary actions, such as approving or rejecting them. The "Approvals" section allows the approver to stay informed about the status of all pending requests that need their approval.



Steps to Manage App Approvals


Step 1: Log in to Josys Employee Portal using your credentials.


Step 2: Navigate to the Approvals menu. This screen displays the app request details, which include the following:


  • Request Type: Specifies the type of request made, such as requesting access to a new app, additional licenses for an existing app, or modifications to permissions or roles for an app.
  • Requested for: Displays the name of the employee for whom the request was made.
  • App: Displays the name of the app for which the request has been made.
  • Status: Indicates the current status of the request. 
  • Requested onSpecifies the date and time when the request was submitted.


Step 3: Approvers can review the request details and Approve or Reject the request.
