Integrating OpenAI with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with OpenAI, you can
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, groups, and the timestamp of their account creation.
- Perform actions: Delete a user account.
Note: Josys supports multiple OpenAI integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- An OpenAI admin account
- An Admin key
Locating the Admin key
Step 1: Log in to OpenAI using an account with admin privileges.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings in the top right corner, and select the Admin keys menu option under Organization.
Step 3: Click the Create new Admin key.
Step 4: Provide a name to the admin key for identification and click Create admin key.
Step 5: Copy the Admin key for later use in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select OpenAI from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter the Admin Key copied in the previous section in the respective field and click Next to proceed.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
