Atlassian Integration

Prerequisites

You need to be an admin to integrate your Atlassian account with Josys.

Generate API Token

1. Log into your Atlassian account, https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens
2. In the Security menu, click Create API Token
3. Provide a name and click Create
4. Copy and store the API token

Generate Organization ID and Organization API Key

1. Log into your Atlassian admin console, https://admin.atlassian.com/
2. Click Settings and select API keys in the left menu
3. Click Create API key
4. Input a Name and provide the expiry date one year from now and click Create
5. Copy the Organization ID and API key and store the values and click Done

Integration with Josys

Input the following fields in the Atlassian integration page,

1. Admin Email: Your Atlassian email
2. API Token: Token stored earlier
3. Admin Url: Your Atlassian URL something like, https://<company>.atlassian.net/
4. Organization ID: Organization ID value stored earlier
5. Organization API Key: API Key stored earlier
6. Click Next to complete the integration
