Whitelist IP to restrict access to Josys

At Josys, we understand the need to safeguard your data and offer you the capability to enhance security through IP Whitelisting. By enabling this feature, you can specify select IP addresses or ranges that are permitted to access Josys, and effectively restrict any unauthorized attempts to login.

Follow the steps below to whitelist IPs:

Step 1: Go to Security tab on the side panel and select IP Whitelisting.

Step 2: Click on Add on the top right of the page. 

Step 3: You'll be presented with options to either list a Single IP or a Range of IPs. You have the flexibility to add one or multiple IPs to the whitelist.

Step 4: When you're done, click Save.

Please note, all the IPs are disabled by default.

Step 5: Click Enable to activate the feature.

Upon activation, only users from the whitelisted IP addresses will have the ability to log in. Any users outside of these IPs will be automatically logged out.
